My family arrived in Toronto just more than a week ago, and was in urgent need of an apartment. Mr Tan was recommended to us by my sister in law. She advised me that Mr Tan always go through an extra mile in helping his clients. Well, she is absolutely right.

 
Within a short period, Mr Tan managed to find an apartment that suits our requirement. He knows the area very well, and has good knowledge of the buildings/apartments he arranged for me to view. With his knowledge, we were able to make our choice very quick. Knowing the urgency of our need for the apartment, Mr Tan worked late past mid night to help me made the offer to rent.
 
His service did not stop there, he assisted my family in the move to the apartment, and things like registering hydro. All the little things he did, which may be taken for granted, but for someone new to the country, it meant a lot. He looked after our interests well, in his dealing with owner's agent. Mr Tan is dependable, competent and most helpful in every respect. No request is too small for him to attend to, and promptly. He is a great realtor and gives his client confidence in using his service.
